The mega-zoom cameras by Sony (H1, H2, H5) suffered from slow operation because of the use of two AA batteries. The new H-series cameras are supposed to change that with the use of proprietary Li-Ion batteries. The update on the 7.2-Megapixel Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-H5, the 8.1-Megapixel Sony CyberShot.

The ultra-zoom segment of the digital camera market is expanding as consumers seek more than the standard compact 3x lens and lust for the double digit optics. The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H7 will satiate zoom cravers with its 8.1 megapixels and 15x optical zoom lens. The H7 is the less expensive.

The Sony H7 powers up and takes multiple pictures VERY FAST! Has good photo quality for what it is (not SLR). Works well in low light w/o flash compared to most other cameras in it's class. The Macro setting is the best, like SLR, 1cm. Face recognition, up to 8 faces. Multiple shots by pressing

This is an incredible point and shoot camera. I saw an ad showing the panorama capability on TV while on vacation and was at a store the next morning ready to buy. This is the most exciting camera purchase I think I've ever made (and I've had some really great cameras.

i have purchased many digital cameras in the past couple of years and have found none as convenient as this one. Not only is it easy to use and affordable, its lightweight and compact design make it that much easier to carry and travel with.

It's a great camera and has a lot of great functions. It takes good pictures.I would recommend this camera to everyone..Its lightweight and easy to carry any where.

Product Review

I bought the Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-W220 hoping to get a quality camera for a good value. I got my wish. What I loved about this camera was it was easy for me to use (I'm not very good with electronics with a lot of buttons) and the quality of the pictures are great.

The Sony DSC-W220 Digital Camera was given to me as a gift and I was a bit skeptical. I am a bit of a camera snob and the price tag on this camera frightened me. At just under $200 this camera will surprise you. While it misses several more-expensive features, you probably won't.

I looked everywhere for a good camera at a price that I could afford and this camera rocks!! I am a scrapbooker and a first time mommy and so I take lots of pics! My pictures always come out clear and sharp, BRIGHT colors and excellent quality!! Video is also great!

Product Review

One item that sets this 10.2-megapixel Sony Alpha DSLR-A300K is its live-view functions. One nifty feature is that it provides flexible live-view LCD works in real time. The list price is $550 (with a 18mm-to-70mm lens, you can easily find better prices). The camera offers tilt-screen tricks that.

The tilt view finder with LiveView is a combo no other camera in this price range can match. Tilt view finder -- up or down -- makes for great pictures of art work or candid shots of unknowing subjects (held at waist level)adjustable viewfinder

Overall a great DSLR that provides quality shots in most light. I use it for action shots of boats and it works great. I am usually shooting boats from a moving boat, so I needed a camera with good vibration reduction stabilazation and this one has it.

Product Review

After using the 5- Megapixel Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-H1 and selling it due to several shortcomings, I was eager to see if the new 6-Megapixel Sony DSC-H2 is much better. The H2 competes with optically-stabilized mega-zoom cameras from Panasonic and Canon (as well as other Sony models) and has the same.
